ApplyMint, a Dubai-based leading real estate development company, seeks an accomplished Development Director to lead end-to-end delivery of luxury hotel projects. The role requires senior leadership, strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple complex hospitality developments.

The candidate will oversee feasibility, design development, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring luxury standards and financial performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel and hospitality development.
• Proven ability to manage full development lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle for luxury hotel projects.
• Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, construction and handover.
• Drive development strategies aligned with business objectives and value.
• Manage relationships with hotel operators, luxury brands, investors and consultants.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision-making across the portfolio.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery across UAE.
