Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a senior development and delivery leader to guide market research, briefs, budgets and feasibility for large-scale master communities and luxury hospitality projects. You will coordinate with multiple teams to align design, engineering, procurement and construction, ensuring on-time delivery and financial viability across Dubai and Capri initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in development and delivery, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), and strong MS

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, architecture, civil engineering or similar.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in development and delivery management.
• Hands-on contractor and construction management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, destination, luxury residential or landmark projects preferred.
• Strong end-to-end development and delivery management knowledge.
• Hands-on contractor management, site coordination, cost and schedule control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Market research on demographic trends, economic forecasts and impacts on real estate and the company plan.
• Define development briefs, targets, and asset data for master communities and parcels.
• Lead budgets for site-wide infrastructure and project components.
• Prepare feasibility analyses, ROI calculations and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate procurement, design management, and construction oversight for Capri Observatory and related projects.
• Prepare executive reports, risk logs and programme dashboards for leadership.
