Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a leader to develop and execute an enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning customer experience, product loyalty, CRM, data, AI and digital operations, creating a connected customer journey and elevating engagement and service delivery.

You will act as the central owner across internal teams, technology partners and external vendors, and design loyalty propositions focused on

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation programmes within consumer-focused organisations.
• Strong experience across product management, customer experience, CRM, loyalty, data and digital strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence engineering and technology teams without being a hands-on technical specialist.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a build-from-scratch mindset.
• Background within digitally advanced retail, e-commerce, luxury or hospitality businesses would be highly advantageous.
