Overview
A well established organisation undergoing a major IT transformation. IT organisation is being redesigned to align with future business needs. It is a critical leadership position with visibility across the C suite.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise wide IT strategy, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Lead Enterprise Architecture maturity and governance across platforms (SAP, Salesforce, cloud, infrastructure, and data / AI).
- Oversee PMO, performance management, and delivery tracking across all IT initiatives.
- Drive vendor governance, sourcing strategy, and partner performance while reducing reliance on external partners.
- Lead IT financial control and ensure strict budget adherence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across divisions.
- Champion governance forums and structures, ensuring technology decisions support business outcomes.
- Provide leadership presence at C-suite level.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of senior IT leadership experience in large, multi business organisations (conglomerates, diversified groups, or multi division enterprises).
- Proven track record leading enterprise wide ERP / cloud transformation (SAP highly advantageous), including strategy alignment, governance, and performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership across Enterprise Architecture, PMO, vendor management, and IT financial control.
- Experience managing large IT portfolios and budgets in complex, multi business environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Gravitas, delivery focus, and cultural fit to operate at C-suite level.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
