Profile Middle East LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head of Instrument Engineering Department to lead our high‑impact projects on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering design, integrity and execution excellence across Instrumentation & Control engineering in EPC environments.
The ideal candidate has extensive Oil & Gas / Energy project experience, a proven track record of leading instrument teams, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering within EPC environments.
- Proven experience leading Instrument Engineering teams and departments.
- Strong background in major Oil & Gas / Energy projects.
- Solid experience across engineering and project execution phases.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces, clients and contractors.
- Previous Middle East / GCC experience is highly valued.
