Job summary

The Emirates Group seeks a Manager In-Flight Connectivity to shape and deliver the Emirates connectivity strategy, roadmap, and service offerings. You will oversee connectivity programs, supplier relationships, and customer-facing initiatives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and end-to-end delivery across engineering and IT teams.

The role requires a degree in a related field with 10+ years in connectivity projects, PMP preferred, and strong vendor management and commercial negotiation

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field and 10+ years in projects with connectivity.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in operations management for connectivity/digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Emirates connectivity strategy, roadmap, and services.
• Manage connectivity programs from contract to in-service delivery.
• Oversee supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate across engineering, IT, procurement, and finance to ensure compliance.
