Job summary

Foreground is seeking a Head of Human Resources in the UAE to lead the end-to-end HR agenda across multiple business lines. The role will drive talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, and employee engagement in close partnership with executive leadership.

A key focus will be policy standardisation, labour compliance, and culture alignment across units, with oversight of compensation, learning initiatives and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience within fast-growing or multi-entity organisations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR governance is essential.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience building HR structures from semi-formal environments into mature organisations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.

The Role

The Head of Human Resources will lead the end-to-end HR agenda, covering talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will work closely with executive leadership to build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks.
