Job summary

Brand System Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across the international group. You will shape talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and HR budgeting & P&L control to support rapid expansion.

Working with management, you will build a high-performance culture suited to a dynamic, global business, drive talent retention, and ensure robust payroll and compliance across all subsidiaries. This is a Dubai-based role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong international profile with proven international experience.
• Previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• English professional proficiency required.
• French language is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions across all Group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management, payroll structures, budgeting, and HR analysis.
• Build a strong company culture suited to a dynamic, international environment.

Tasks

As Group Human Resources, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the rapid international growth of the Group and strengthening the company’s internal structure.

You will oversee all HR functions across the Group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management, financial HR control, and internal career development.

Working directly with management, you will help build a strong company culture adapted to a dynamic, international, and fast-evolving environment.

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies.
• Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies.
• Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group.
• Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis.
• Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong international profile with proven international experience.
• Previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to work in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
• English professional proficiency required.
• French speaker is considered a very strong plus.
