Job summary

alfanar seeks an accomplished HR leader to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administration services, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, employee relations, and learning and development. This role ensures compliant, efficient workplace and facilities services to support business continuity.

The successful candidate will manage housing, security, hospitality, and office operations while promoting a positive, employee-focused environment aligned with alfanar’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
• 10–15 years of work experience in HR; senior level.
• Experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of training, onboarding, contracts, and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead learning and development, training planning, and program execution.
• Manage office resources, facilities, security, housing, and hospitality services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Coordinate events, visitor management, and corporate services.
