Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Significant experience leading operational improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering measurable guest experience and performance improvements.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, governance, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of operational innovation initiatives across Miral Experiences' parks and attractions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences, improve operational performance, increase efficiency, and support commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of innovation initiatives aligned with business priorities and guest expectations.
• Assess and prioritize innovation opportunities based on strategic value, guest impact, operational feasibility, and ROI.
• Drive initiatives that improve guest journey stages, queue management, in-park services, and operational processes.
• Utilize feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and ensure safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams in design, testing, piloting, and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Oversee projects from concept to rollout, adoption, and integration into business-as-usual.
• Establish governance, success measures, and reporting for innovation initiatives.
• Build partnerships across Operations, Guest Experience, Commercial, Digital & Technology.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
