We are seeking heads of guest experience with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals for real estate/hospitality/events orgs
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience standards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (listing packages, lease abstracts, run-of-show schedules, venue proposals)
• Maintain premium hospitality standards across documents and proofs
• Collaborate with AI/text teams to improve output quality and consistency
