Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, wealth management support, financial analysis, or real estate investment.

• Strong Excel, financial modelling, cash-flow forecasting, and investment appraisal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE and international investment markets and practical exposure to property leasing or management.
• Strong organisation, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research investment opportunities across real estate, equities, funds, fixed income, and selected business ventures, based on the owner’s objectives.
• Prepare clear investment proposals comparing potential returns, risks, fees, liquidity, and exit options.
• Support due diligence by checking financial information, assumptions, counterparties, and supporting documents.
• Monitor existing investments and highlight underperformance, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a consolidated record of assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and available cash to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate with banks, brokers, qualified investment advisers, and accountants to obtain information and evaluate proposals.
• Present a monthly wealth report with portfolio performance, cash-flow forecasts, and prioritised recommendations for the owner’s approval.

Private Wealth & Investment Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment: Full-time Reporting to: Private Owner

We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and trustworthy executive to support the growth of a private wealth portfolio through investment research, financial analysis, and disciplined follow-up. The portfolio includes approximately 40 properties in the UAE. The primary objective is to identify and evaluate opportunities to grow wealth, improve investment income, and use available funds efficiently while keeping risks within the owner’s agreed limits.

Key Responsibilities — Wealth Growth & Investment Research

Research investment opportunities across real estate, equities, funds, fixed income, and selected business ventures, based on the owner’s objectives. Prepare clear investment proposals comparing potential returns, risks, fees, liquidity, and exit options. Support due diligence by checking financial information, assumptions, counterparties, and supporting documents. Monitor existing investments and highlight underperformance, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain a consolidated record of assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and available cash to support investment decisions. Key Responsibilities — Real Estate Portfolio Support

Analyse the performance of approximately 40 properties, including rental yields, occupancy, expenses, and financing costs. Identify opportunities to increase net rental income through rent reviews, renewals, cost control, and suitable property improvements. Research potential acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing options for review. Coordinate agents, tenants, and service providers on leasing, collections, renewals, and maintenance. Maintain accurate property records and follow through on approved actions.

Required Experience & Skills

Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, wealth management support, financial analysis, or real estate investment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. Strong Excel, financial modelling, cash-flow forecasting, and investment appraisal skills. Ability to assess investment proposals critically and explain findings clearly. Familiarity with UAE and international investment markets and practical exposure to property leasing or management. Strong organisation, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills. High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and independent judgment.

Performance Expectations

Success will be assessed on the quality of investment research, actionable recommendations, accurate reporting, timely execution of approved decisions, and contribution to improved portfolio income and performance within agreed risk limits.
