Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for UAE operations and international markets. You will translate strategy into integrated financial plans, provide insights for growth and resource allocation, and drive automation in reporting and analytics.

You will partner with Automotive leadership and Group Finance to standardise KPIs, enhance decision-support tools, and strengthen governance across a multi‑business portfolio.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent finance qualification.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and exec reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and cross-functional partnering.
• Proven ability to model scenarios and drive insights.
• Experience with ERP/BI platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting: annual budget, forecasts, long-range plans.
• Challenge assumptions with volume, pricing, margins and costs.
• Deliver executive reporting for CFO and senior leadership.
• Support pricing, campaigns, channel strategy and capex decisions.
• Standardise KPIs and benchmarking across units.
• Drive FP&A tech roadmap, dashboards and automation.
• Ensure accurate, reconciled reporting and data quality.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on liquidity and working capital.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team and Emiratisation objectives.
