Optasia is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk & Controls to design and implement the enterprise risk management framework, embed risk governance, and build control libraries across the Group. The role reports to the VP Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Assurance and leads a growing risk function in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Circa 15 years of enterprise risk management experience with leadership exposure.
• Expertise implementing ERM frameworks aligned to ISO 31000 and COSO.
• Strong risk appetite, risk‑return optimization, and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the enterprise risk management framework.
• Define governance structure, escalation protocols and accountability for risk across the Group.
• Lead the risk policy, appetite framework, and board reporting processes.
• Coordinate integrated risk disclosures and reporting to Board and leadership.
• Establish risk indicators and monitoring mechanisms to track principal risks.
• Develop control libraries and risk‑control matrices for priority risk areas.
• Deliver risk analysis and advisory support for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the risk function and foster a risk-aware culture.
