Job summary

Optasia is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk & Controls to lead the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of its enterprise risk management framework. You will partner with the VP and senior leadership to embed risk culture, develop control libraries and monitor risk appetite across the organization.

The role requires approximately 15 years in risk management, with proven leadership in financial services or fintech.

Qualifications

• 15 years of enterprise risk management experience, incl. 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework (ISO 31000, COSO) and risk governance structures.
• Lead risk appetite articulation, KPI development and board reporting.
• Coordinate internal controls, control libraries and risk-control matrices across principal risk areas.
• Provide risk advisory services to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and new markets.
• Lead and mentor the enterprise risk team and promote a strong risk culture.
