Job summary

The Sanad Group invites a seasoned Head of Asset Management to lead Sanad Capital’s engine asset portfolio from valuation and acquisitions through teardowns and parts trading. This role drives commercial excellence, governance, and strategic partnerships in Abu Dhabi.

You will oversee the asset lifecycle, lead a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with financial, technical, and regulatory objectives, fostering UAE national talent development and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in commercial aviation engine/asset repair, sales or MRO management.
• 5–8 years in management or supervision leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement engine valuation and acquisition strategies.
• Develop and manage commercial strategies for engine purchases, teardowns, and parts trading.
• Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance portfolio performance and mitigate risks.
• Develop policies governing asset acquisition, teardown, and sales and ensure governance compliance.
• Coaching and mentoring of team; drive accountability and performance.
• Oversee teardown, repair management, and parts trading to meet revenue targets.
• Manage asset lifecycle from discovery to maturity and report KPIs.
• Lead change initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
