Sanad Capital in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Senior Manager Asset Management. You will support the Head of Asset Management in overseeing engine and component assets, ensuring profitability and compliance while acting as deputy in the Head’s absence.

You will lead asset transactions, teardown coordination, and data-driven reporting, mentoring junior staff and driving governance and continuous improvement across Leasing Operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing or Financial Analysis are preferred.
• 8–10 years in aviation asset management or related fields; strong valuation and teardown skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Asset Management Strategy: execute asset plans incl. engine teardown and part sales; develop business cases.
• Execute Asset Transactions and Commercial Activities: due diligence, financial modelling, deal coordination.
• Manage Teardown and Repair Operations: coordinate teardown programs and parts sales; monitor costs and quality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: prepare dashboards on asset utilization, revenue and profitability.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: coach junior staff and support Emiratization initiatives.
• Compliance and Process Improvement: ensure adherence to policies and propose enhancements.
• Perform Other Duties: contribute to special projects as directed.
