Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arabic with teaching qualification.
• 3 years of teaching experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role (HOD/Subject Coordinator).
• CBSE curriculum experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE MOE Arabic requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

LEAMS Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Department Arabic to lead the Arabic Department in one of our CBSE schools in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Arabic Department ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Develop and implement effective curriculum plans aligned with the UAE Ministry of Education and CBSE requirements.

• Monitor student achievement and drive continuous academic improvement.

• Mentor coach and support Arabic teachers through classroom observations feedback and professional development.

• Ensure compliance with KHDA MOE and school quality standards.

• Promote innovative teaching strategies and the effective integration of technology in the classroom.

• Collaborate with school leadership to achieve the schools strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Arabic with a recognized teaching qualification (Masters degree preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role as HOD Subject Coordinator or equivalent.

• Experience in a CBSE curriculum school within the UAE is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Ministry of Education requirements for Arabic.

• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
