Job summary

Momentum Corporate Services, Abu Dhabi-based leader in entertainment, seeks a senior strategist to own the Casino customer cohort and segmentation strategy. You will translate insights into actionable campaigns, oversee major activation programs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Lifecycle teams to drive engagement and value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in strategic planning, customer segmentation, or player activation within gaming or betting.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable engagement.
• Strong expertise in customer insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
