Lead Product Manager, Casino

Overview

As Lead Product Manager, Casino, you’ll help build a modern digital Casino proposition for the UAE. Your challenge: How do we make it easy for customers to discover the right games, trust the experience and keep finding reasons to come back?

You’ll own a substantial Casino domain across discovery, content, personalization and engagement, working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Casino Operations.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-led and comfortable moving quickly in a regulated environment. You know how to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and a compelling product experience across a complex content portfolio.

Responsibilities

What you’ll own:

• Casino strategy and roadmap within your domain
• Game discovery and navigation
• Content merchandising and presentation
• Live dealer and RNG experiences
• Personalized recommendations
• Promotions and engagement
• VIP product journeys
• Cross-sell with Sportsbook and Lottery
• Experimentation and product performance

Within 12 months, you will have:

• Improved game discovery and conversion
• Increased frequency and retention
• Created a clearer and more differentiated Casino experience
• Launched meaningful new capabilities
• Established clear customer and commercial metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across consumer digital products.
• Strong Casino or gaming product experience, particularly working with large content portfolios, suppliers or personalization.
• Experience owning substantial product domains end to end.
• Strong product craft across customer discovery, experimentation, merchandising, analytics, retention, personalization and consumer UX.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Experience working and moving quickly within a regulated environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Operations.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product discovery, analysis, experimentation and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Live Casino, RNG or slots, VIP propositions, game aggregation, recommendation systems, or international regulated gaming.
