Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Head of Contracting to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping and contracting projects in Dubai. You will oversee site activities, manage resources, and maintain client and consultant relationships while guiding the contracting team to deliver on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 15 years of experience in managing landscaping or construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, landscaping techniques, and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of landscaping construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with Contracts/Commercial Manager to ensure seamless operations between operations and commercial teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments for successful project completion.
• Lead the execution of projects ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee site supervisors, project managers and labour teams for optimal productivity across sites.
• Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources for on-site operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies.
• Manage subcontractors and allocation of machinery, manpower and materials.
• Provide regular progress and risk reports to senior management.
