Blackline Safety seeks a highly capable Manager, Client Success to lead a UAE-based team of 5-8 Client Success Managers and drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion for a global client base.

Reporting to the Vice President, Client Success, you will mentor the team, coordinate with product and other functions, and implement scalable processes to achieve KPI-driven outcomes and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-facing team (min 2 years).
• Ability to drive results in a changing environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify meaningful metrics for reporting and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Client Success team of 5-8 managers and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee renewals and opportunity management to increase account revenue.
• Coach and mentor the team to develop strategic account plans.
• Ensure team maintains product knowledge and delivers customer satisfaction.
