Qualifications

Ecosystem Lead

Web3 · DeFi Infrastructure · Remote (EU-focused)

We’re building infrastructure that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted opportunities across DeFi — dynamically, continuously, and at scale.

This is not a traditional BD role.

We’re hiring an Ecosystem Lead to own growth through partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem strategy — driving adoption across applications, protocols, and networks.

You’ll operate at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market, working directly with leadership to scale a next-generation DeFi platform.

The Opportunity

• Help onboard the next wave of users into DeFi
• Build and scale ecosystem partnerships from 0 → 1
• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy
• Work on infrastructure that actively manages capital across protocols
