Job summary

Exinity is seeking a seasoned VP of Operations (Back Office) to lead client processing and onboarding operations in a regulated financial services environment. You will shape the operating model, drive KPIs/OKRs, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front-Office teams to deliver seamless end-to-end client journeys.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in operations within regulated financial services (FX brokerage fintech or payments).
• Proven ability to define and manage KPIs and OKRs at scale.
• Experience sponsoring large transformation or automation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Set the Back Office Operations strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
• Define scalable operating models for Processing and Onboarding with robust governance.
• Oversee client processing, onboarding/KYC, and ongoing monitoring performance.
