Job summary

OKX in Dubai is seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to support KYB/CDD processes and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations. You will review onboarding cases, validate documents, and help maintain a high standard of risk management across the client lifecycle.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English, and a collaborative team mindset. You’ll join a global crypto leader committed to integrity and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Completion of higher education in a related field and/or compliance certification.
• Two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or KYC domain.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reviews of onboarding cases applying KYB principles.
• Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
• Request CDD/EDD documents to align onboarding with AML policies.
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests within SLA timelines.
• Investigate matches from screening tools for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Provide management with AML/CDD issue updates.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery and escalate where needed.
• Support enhancement of the CDD function and procedures.
• Manage specific projects as needed.
