Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships with AI technology providers and research institutions.
• Prepare and contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan proposal as well as prepare and monitor operational plans to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the ministry.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability integrity and quality of data required for AI models.
• Monitor performance indicators periodically prepare departmental progress reports and submit them to the department director.
• Participate in the preparation of the department's budget in coordination with relevant units within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of AI use cases solutions and data analytics tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand AI and analytics capabilities across the ministry.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services according to the highest standards.
• Provide necessary support to the department director and perform other assigned tasks.
• Provide technical expertise and support for AI and analytics initiatives.
• Support the ministry's digital business development sector through continuous data reviews and recommendations that contribute to the sustainability accuracy and reliability of data including proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis of anticipated risks from stakeholders.
• Feed digital systems with relevant data and utilize data effectively across related services.
