Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 3 years experience; or Bachelor's with 5 years; or Diploma/HS with 11 years in related field.
• Major: Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking and analysis of best practices and government AI legislation to update procedures annually.
• Contribute to enterprise systems development plans, analyze user requirements, and design prototypes for digital solutions.
• Coordinate application development phases among technical teams and verify AI integration aligns with improvements.
• Supervise SDLC implementation, ensure compatibility with existing systems, and prepare performance reports.
• Develop advanced solutions using machine learning and predictive analytics, and supervise programming activities.
• Coordinate integration and functional testing, analyze results, and document defects and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate system and digital application development, monitor project progress, and support units.
• Implement modernization plans, monitor compatibility with new environments, and analyze security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor intelligent systems' operation and ensure integration with IT infrastructure, elevating technical alerts.

Job description

Academic Qualifications and Years of Experience:

Master’s degree (3 years of experience) / bachelor’s degree (5 years of experience) / Diploma or high school diploma (11 years of experience) of experience in a related field.

Major: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or any other related field.

• Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of best practices and government legislation related to artificial intelligence and systems development, with the aim of annually updating the department’s work procedures and aligning them with emerging trends.
• Contribute to the preparation of enterprise systems development plans, analyze user requirements, design prototypes for digital solutions, ensure application compatibility with the existing systems architecture, contribute to core programming activities, and monitor performance quality.
• Coordinate application development phases among technical teams, contribute to the preparation of prototypes, verify the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, test outputs, and ensure their alignment with improvement objectives.
• Supervise the implementation of software development life cycle (SDLC) phases, ensure technical compatibility with existing systems, conduct comprehensive API testing, and prepare performance and integration reports.
• Develop advanced solutions using machine learning and predictive analytics technologies, implement organizational behavior analysis models, enhance existing artificial intelligence algorithms, and supervise programming activities.
• Coordinate and conduct integration and functional testing, analyze test results, document software defects, and prepare accurate technical reports on performance and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate the development of systems and digital applications, monitor the progress of technology projects, ensure that deliverables are aligned with digital transformation indicators, and provide the necessary technical support to organizational units.
• Implement system modernization plans in coordination with development teams, monitor application compatibility with modern operating environments, and analyze technical and security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor the operation of intelligent systems and ensure their integration with the IT infrastructure, analyze performance reports, and elevate technical alerts to the relevant management.
