Job summary

AL OTAIBA ENTERPRISES L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior AI Transformation Leader to identify high-impact AI opportunities across HR, Finance, Operations and other functions, assess feasibility and ROI, and drive implementation.

You will establish governance and ethical usage standards, monitor performance, and promote awareness of AI tools across the organization, maintaining a prioritized pipeline aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in digital transformation, data, or technology roles.
• Proven track record of leading AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Experience translating business problems into technology solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
