Overview

As the Head of AI products, you will be the driving force behind all AI product initiatives, responsible for the entire lifecycle from ideation and development to successful rollout and impact measurement. This is a critical, hands-on builder role where your direct involvement in constructing AI products will be paramount. While third parties will support aspects of the build, your expertise within technical execution is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete AI product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping through to full scale deployment and post launch optimisation.
• Work extensively with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and other advanced techniques, to create impactful solutions.
• Be the primary technical driver for AI product builds, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI models, algorithms, and development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of AI products.
• Evangelise a culture of rapid prototyping, experimentation, and results driven development within the AI product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued.
• 10+ years combined experience with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product development, with a significant portion of that time in hands-on building roles specifically within AI products.
• Proven track record of hands-on experience building and launching AI products, ideally within a startup, agency, or fast-paced product-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to move from concept to deployment, with a portfolio of successful AI product implementations that have achieved tangible results.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, including strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python), relevant libraries, and frameworks.
• A builder\'s mindset: You enjoy getting into the details, solving complex technical challenges, and seeing your work directly impact users and business outcomes.
