You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive launches, and monitor product performance, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while staying compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience launching and scaling digital or start-up products.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation in digital product environments.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and product builds.
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to revenue generation.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience tracking product performance.
• MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital product strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends within Energy & Natural Resources to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Oversee product performance metrics and propose enhancements.
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and phased delivery plan.
• Lead the build of an AI-enabled, end-to-end digital staffing platform.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers.
• Drive product launch, positioning, and market adoption strategy.
• Establish scalable sales and client onboarding frameworks.
• Track and optimise performance metrics including adoption and fulfilment speed.
• Continuously improve automation to minimise manual processes.
