Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai seeks a seasonal Head Mixologist to be the creative force behind our beachfront drinks. You design the cocktails, set the standard behind the bar, and bring Riviera flair to every glass.

You will develop the cocktail list, train the bar team on recipes and technique, work with suppliers, and ensure consistent presentation and energy during service. Fluent English is required, and experience in premium environments is essential.

• Strong mixology experience in a premium bar or restaurant.
• Real creativity with flavour and presentation.
• A teacher who raises the team around them.
• Consistent fast and organised during service.
• Fluent English.
