RIXOS Abu Dhabi invites a talented Head Mixologist to lead our bar team and craft an exceptional beverage experience for our guests.

You will design and update cocktail menus, oversee daily bar operations, train staff, monitor stock and costs, and ensure the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest engagement.

Competenze

Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
