Ennismore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented Head Mixologist to lead the bar team and craft an exceptional beverage experience for luxury guests.

You will design cocktail menus, manage daily bar operations, supervise stock and costs, and mentor bartenders to ensure top-tier service while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Strong leadership, excellent English communication, and professional grooming are essential to deliver signature drinks at prestigious venues.

• Design and update cocktail menus including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels control costs and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and hotel policies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends
• Proven leadership and team management skills
