Overview

Front-of-house ambassador for a globally recognized, high-volume dining brand. You’ll command the door, orchestrate waitlists, and set the first impression. Join one of the top hospitality companies operating in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead podium operations, guest flow, and seating strategy in a high-traffic setting


• Manage reservations, VIP notes, and table allocations to protect pacing


• Coach a hostess team on greeting standards, phone / email etiquette, and appearance


• Partner with floor and bar managers to balance turns and VIP priorities


• Handle guest recovery with grace and urgency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ luxury-hospitality experience (hostess / guest relations leadership)


• Minimum height 170 cm and impeccable grooming standards


• Excellent English; Spanish / Russian / Italian or another European language a plus


• Confident with reservation systems and high-volume door management


• Calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
