About the Role

As Head Hostess at Carbone, you will play an important guest-facing role, using strong communication and customer service skills to create welcoming and genuine interactions. Natural conversation is central to the position. You will engage confidently with guests while respecting their individual experience, avoiding interactions that feel scripted or intrusive. Working closely with colleagues across the Bar and Dining areas, you will contribute to smooth service and maintain a positive approach during busy periods.
