Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Head for one of our esteemed clients—a leading trading company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in cross-trade operations and 3rd port shipments, along with deep knowledge of IFRS and UAE taxation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, treasury, internal controls, audits, working capital, and taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax).
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Provide management with analytical financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Support strategic and operational decision-making with timely financial reports.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 accounting professionals, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous development.

4. Strategic Planning

• Contribute to the company’s strategic vision and execute financial strategies across all business units.
• Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.
