Head Chef - Malayalee Cuisine

Our restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our Malayalee cuisine team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Malayalee cuisine and a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a similar setting. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing food costs and inventory, training and leading kitchen staff, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. You must be able to communicate fluently in English and have excellent leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation.
