Job summary

Kitopi is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Dubai, delivering diverse menus across global cuisines and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

The role requires proven Head Chef experience, culinary training, and strong leadership to mentor staff, manage inventory and budgets, and drive innovative menus that delight a diverse clientele in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a multicultural or international kitchen.
• Deep knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in kitchen budgeting, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute diverse menus featuring dishes from global cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European).
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Innovate seasonal and special event menus to reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
