We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to develop menus, manage inventory, and train and supervise kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure food supplies are always well-stocked
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
• Develop new dishes and specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting for customers
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements
