Job summary

ARABIAN COMMERCE is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen In-Charge to lead the kitchen for a new cafe in Sharjah, UAE. You will own menu preparation, food quality, staff leadership, and inventory control.

The role requires 3 to 5 years in cafe/restaurant kitchens, strong leadership and English communication; Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage. Salary ranges 2,000–2,500 AED per month with accommodation, meals, and visa support.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on culinary & kitchen management experience in a cafe or restaurant.
• Strong leadership, team management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Candidates in UAE on Visit/Cancelled visas are preferred.
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee specialty Coffee, Fresh Juices, Crispy Chicken and Arabic Cuisines.

Requirements:
