Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef with experience in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Sharjah. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menu items, managing food inventory and ordering, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel, with knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques. Fluency in English is required, and a biometric passport is preferred. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Salary is $1200 per month.
