Job summary

TDIC Food & Beverage in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior culinary leader to oversee daily outlet operations and guide staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop and implement menus per outlet concept, train teams, and support banqueting across units when needed, leveraging a strong steakhouse background.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in culinary departments within luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong steakhouse background, experience, and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the outlet.
• Provide support and guidance to outlet staff to ensure success.
• Develop, implement, and train all menus as per the outlet concept.
• Support banqueting operations for other units if required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
