• Experience in a large luxury hotel is required (≥500 keys).
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and upselling.
• Supervise and train bartending staff.
• Create and update cocktail menus.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage bar inventory and place orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Monitor and control beverage costs.
• Ensure consistent quality of drinks served.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.
• Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager.
• Perform all tasks to service beverages per hotel standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and upselling

• Manage bar inventory and place orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the hotel standard

Experience:

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property is required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
