Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures.
• Address guest inquiries to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Outlet Manager. Areas of responsibility include Restaurants/Bars.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Strives to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction.
• Assist in supervising outlet staff and monitoring their performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s.
• Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions.
• Being actively involved in the outlet’s promotional activities.
• Help in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure quality guest service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in conducting regular audits to monitor sales performance and adherence to operational standards.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.

Experience

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
