Job summary

EDGE is seeking an Engineer I for Halcon in Abu Dhabi to support design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware and embedded firmware while contributing to performance analysis and documentation.

You will engage in hands-on design and testing, perform system analyses, and collaborate with engineers and technicians on new designs and improvements. This role offers a competitive package in the UAE and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, E&E or related).
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic module design with hardware and firmware.
Practical knowledge of analog/digital electronics, PCB design, system testing and measurement equipment.
Hands-on programming with Embedded C and Python, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test digital and analog electronic circuits, modules, and systems.
Support embedded firmware development, PCB design, integration, and system testing.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and performance analysis using measurement instruments.
Prepare technical reports and collaborate on new designs and improvements.
