Justlife.com in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Handyman Maintenance Technician for field-based, full-time work six days per week. You will handle three handyman tasks in a single visit: general repairs, basic electrical, and basic plumbing, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Join a scaling tech-enabled home-services platform. You’ll travel with a crew, use power tools safely, and complete jobs in one visit where possible, reporting any additional needs to operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform handyman tasks across three areas: general repairs, basic electrical, and basic plumbing.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as handyman or maintenance technician.
• Good English communication skills to confirm scope and explain work.
• Hands-on with drilling, mounting and furniture assembly.
• Able to use power tools and hand tools safely.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in residential/home services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential home maintenance at customer locations across Dubai.
• Work as part of a crew with van, helper, and driver; aim to close most jobs in one visit.
• Confirm job scope with customer on arrival and complete work in a single visit where possible.
• Take before/after photos and obtain customer approval upon completion.
• Identify additional needs and raise to operations.

Handyman Maintenance Technician Dubai UAE Full-time field-based 6 days per week Close the whole job in one visit Every month hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner a beauty service a handyman or a healthcare visit through Justlife When they book a handyman they usually have three jobs waiting not one and they don t want three different people across three different days We re looking for a technician who can handle all three handyman work basic electrical and basic plumbing and close the whole job in a single visit leaving the customer with nothing left to book The Role You will carry out residential home maintenance jobs at customer locations across Dubai booked through the Justlife platform You ll work as part of a crew with a dedicated van helper and driver This is a customer-facing role the quality of your work and the way you deal with the customer both matter This role requires all three skill sets A crew is expected to close most jobs in one visit so single-trade candidates will not be considered

What You’ll Do

• Handyman work furniture assembly and installation
• TV wall mounting
• hanging mirrors paintings shelves and wall d cor curtain and blind installation
• wall drilling and fixing
• door lock and hinge repairs and general small repairs
• Basic electrical work light fixtures and fittings switches and sockets ceiling fans and diagnosing and fixing simple faults safely
• Basic plumbing work leak fixes blockages and drainage issues taps and shower heads and bathroom accessories and fittings
• Arrive on time confirm the job scope with the customer and complete the work in a single visit wherever possible
• Take before and after photos and get the customer s approval once the job is done
• Identify any additional work the customer may need and raise it to the operations team

Must-haves

• Able to do all three handyman work, basic electrical and basic plumbing. Candidates who can do only one or two of these will not be shortlisted
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.Currently based in the UAE this is a field role in Dubai.
