Work standard in Ajman is hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team on a full-time basis. The role covers maintenance across our properties in Ajman, with a monthly salary of 1,700 USD.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, regular property inspections, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with fixtures or appliances installations, inventory control, and keeping a clean, safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid own visa (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
