A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment
• Identify and resolve any issues related to building structure or facilities
• Respond to emergency repair calls in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role is required
• Knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance techniques in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
