Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Buggy Driver / Bell Boy in the UAE to safely transport guests and assist with luggage and directions within our hospitality properties.

The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality background, excellent guest service, and the ability to operate electric buggies while ensuring a memorable guest experience. Prior luxury hotel, resort, or theme park experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buggy Driver, Bell Boy, Concierge Assistant, Guest Service Agent, or similar hospitality role.
• Hospitality experience in luxury hotels, resorts, parks, or leisure facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric buggies to transport guests and visitors throughout the park or property.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, unloading and storage.
• Escort guests to attractions, reception areas, parking zones and accommodations.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations teams during arrivals and departures.

We are currently seeking experienced strong Buggy Drivers with Bell Boy experience strong to join a prestigious Parks Leisure destination in the UAE The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background excellent guest service skills and experience operating electric buggies while assisting guests with luggage directions and transportation within hotels resorts parks or hospitality facilities The Buggy Driver Bell Boy is responsible for safely transporting guests visitors and their luggage within the property while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience Candidates with experience in luxury hotels resorts theme parks or hospitality environments will be highly preferred The responsibilities will include but not limited to

Responsibilities

Guest Transportation

• Safely operate electric buggies to transport guests and visitors throughout the park or property
• Assist guests in reaching attractions reception areas parking zones accommodation units and event venues
• Follow designated buggy routes and safety regulations at all times
• Ensure buggy cleanliness and readiness before each shift

Bell Services

• Assist guests with luggage handling loading unloading and storage
• Escort guests to their destinations while providing information about facilities and services
• Deliver guest luggage parcels amenities and special requests promptly
• Coordinate with reception and guest relations teams during arrivals and departures

Customer Service

• Provide a warm welcome and professional assistance to all guests
• Respond to enquiries regarding attractions facilities events and services
• Offer directions and recommendations when required
• Handle guest requests professionally and courteously

Vehicle Inspection Maintenance

• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of buggies
• Report any mechanical defects damage or maintenance requirements
• Ensure batteries are charged and operational
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance

Safety Compliance

• Drive cautiously while adhering to company safety procedures
• Assist guests with safe boarding and disembarking
• Follow emergency procedures and incident reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with Front Office Concierge Guest Relations Security and Operations teams
• Support special events and VIP guest movements
• Assist with crowd management during peak periods when required

EducationHigh School Certificate or equivalent.

ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a Buggy Driver, Bell Boy, Concierge Assistant, Guest Service Agent, or similar hospitality role.

Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, Theme Park, or Leisure Industry experience is mandatory.

SkillsExcellent customer service and communication skills.Good knowledge of hospitality etiquette and guest relations.Safe driving practices and vehicle handling skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

PreferredExperience in luxury hotels, resorts, parks, or entertainment attractions.Experience handling VIP guests.
