Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a dedicated Houseman to support housekeeping operations at our Dubai property. The role involves assisting room attendants, stocking pantries, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in service areas.

You will respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, collect recycling, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and with care for our guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all housekeeping and Guest Service calls (FCS requests).
• Ensure all guest requests are done in a timely efficient manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pantries and stores.
• Check assigned Blocks pantries and stores for maintenance issues and report them.
• Check assigned Blocks pantries and stores for required cleaning during the day.
• Ensure health and safety concerns are recorded and reported.
• Assist Room attendants when needed and bring them required supplies.
• Ensure service areas and storage rooms are clean, neat and organized.
• Ensure all HK Tuk Tuk are cleaned daily.
• Ensure pantries area is mopped several times a day.
• Ensure extra beds/cribs are well maintained and report shortages.
• Maintain a safe work environment and manage recycling/garbage daily.
• Communicate with housekeeping office and maintain master key during shift.
